The Prosecutor has now brought charges in a case concerning suspected assault in Stockholm on 30 June, 2019

The District Court will now start the preparation for the trial. Information about the trial will be posted on the website. The Prosecutor has estimated time for the trial to three days.

Information about the possibility for media to register in advance for the main hearing will be provided in an upcoming press release. It is not yet possible to register.

Statens medieråd beslutade att godkänna filmen ”Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw” för offentlig visning med åldersgränsen från femton år. Efter överklagande från filmdistributören United International Pictures AB har förvaltningsrätten beslutat att sänka åldersgränsen för filmen till elva år.

Because of the large interest from the media and the public the hearing has been moved to Stockholm District Court’s secure courtroom. Representatives of the media are permitted to use electronic equipment to report from the courtroom.

Även hovrätten dömer man för vapenfynd i Taberg

Jönköpings tingsrätt dömde i maj en 32-årig man för synnerligen grovt vapenbrott till fängelse i fem år. Även Göta hovrätt dömer mannen, men anser att gärningen i stället ska bedömas som ett grovt vapenbrott. Påföljden bestäms till fängelse fyra år.
